This
guy was rattling among the weeds
at the
Venice Rookery and emerged right in front of us as we were waiting
for some action on the island. We had to pull way back to get him
in the frame. He was 8-9 feet away and the 500 mm lens even with
the 5D MKII demanded we pull back 10 feet.
