This
little gem
of a
flower is reblooming and reblooming in my sewage garden. The
flowers are a centimeter plus but in this high nutrient swamp
created by the effluent from our sewage aerator system the stems
are leggy beyond the usual clumping. The flower is not identical to
the many others I google on line. Who knew??
I took this with the 5D and the 100 mm macro lens with some extension that markedly reduces the DOF. Altho I stabilized the stems, 1/125 second left the image softer in the wind than I planned. The effect pleases me.
